We know how you hate to leave Hawaii and having to pack your bags and check out at 11am when you have a late flight home puts a damper on your last day here. If your unit is open that day AND the following day, we will provide you a free late check out. If you wish to secure a late check out and not take a chance of another booking pushing you out, it's just $50 plus tax for studios or $125 plus tax for 2 bedroom units. For the free late check out, DO NOT REQUEST IT till 2 days before your departure from Hawaii to see if it's available.

If you are with a group or multiple families needing units, we will discount each ocean view condos 5% off the advertised rate. 2 bedroom and city view units are exempt and no discounts available during high season December 20 - April 1st. * DISCOUNT COUPON CODE
The discount coupon code used in online bookings for any of the discounts mentioned above or other discounts must be used at the time of booking and not after your stay is booked. No exceptions can be made. Please email us requesting why you qualify for the discount and the coupon code will be emailed to you. Bookings made without a coupon code can never be adjusted once booked so make sure to have this code before booking a unit.

* OWNERS DISCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
** Stays must be 5 nights or more to qualify for multiple unit discounts or Repeat Customer Discounts. City view and 2 bedroom units are excluded along with all bookings during high season from December 20th to April 1st. Monthly bookings also do not qualify for discounts as they are already discounted on average 15% from weekly rates. All discounts must be applied for at time of booking, a coupon code is needed as it states clearly on the booking page. Failure to use a coupon code when booking and then later request a discount will be denied. Bookings can not be made and later a discount applied for any reason.
